1/8 cup each of cheerios, grape nuts, chex, brown or cane sugar, and soy milk or juice
1/4 cup each of chopped almonds, pecans, pine nuts, peanut butter, and corn meal
1 tsp each of sesame seeds and canola oil
1 beaten egg
Mix all ingredients together until almost crumbly in texture. If too wet, add more corn meal.
Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheet and push one whole dry cheerio into the center of each cookie.
Bake at 350 for 7 to 10 minutes, or until starting to brown on edges. Freeze and use as needed. Qty 50
